Amber Bartley

Amber is the Vice President of Michelle Kimbro Consulting, Inc. and is committed to the vision of the company and believes that excellence is not an act, but a habit. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Consultant bringing over seven years of business operations expertise to the team. She has a demonstrated track record of training, mentoring, and inspiring individuals to work as functioning members of highly productive teams. Amber is passionate about helping others achieve and exceed their goals by implementing process innovations and evoking staff engagement.

Amber’s specialty areas are in 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban Systems. Amber is a Board Member of the Inland Empire Blue Belles, a non-profit organization supporting law enforcement officers. In her free time, Amber enjoys reading, traveling, horses, and is a dedicated fan.
