Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training provides participants with enhanced problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) model. These skills allow the Green Belt to regularly improve processes within their specific work area in the organization.
Taught by expert instructors with real-world experience, this course features interactive lectures, group exercises, process and tool simulations, individual exercises and the application of learning to a real improvement project in the workplace. Instructors provide support through mentoring and coaching, so participants can successfully pass their final exam and complete their project to gain Green Belt certificate.
